I really tried with a few images I wished were better for the weeks assignment,really got just practice, not much satisfaction. The second shot is the original, couldn't fix the real problems, still love the shot, wish there was an anti blur tool, not so much or this one, this is grainy,.. yet tried all the sharpen, and noise filters,...and paint daubed it a little.

It's very artsy I rather like it. I think the filter really made the lights acceptable to our eyes...
