That's an interesting result to your photo. The Mosaic tile filter is great, I feel like the colors in Alexis' umbrella are similar to stained glass. I gives the photo a really cool effect.
The mosaic filter looks cool with this picture. There's a lot of color between the umbrella and Alexis' hair. I can almost imagine putting together the puzzle.
