macro 2nd shot

I loved this shot because I had no idea you could see all the reflections in the ball, the tree, me, the mt. range, untill I downloaded it. It once again isnt the greatest shot, yet I loved the process of getting there, (taking pics of everything I could), and then discovering something I didn't realize was there.

Nice picture...I agree with what you stated about the reflection adding to the picture. Did you have to take the picture a number of times to get it right?

I think this shot is great! It looks like it has special effects done to it and the colors that are in a wide array of them - plus the lighting! What kind of ball is that, that you are getting the reflection off of? Did you try a variety of different angles when shooting it? How was it in regard to getting the proper lighting for it? Rach

I really like this picture as well. I love it when this happens. What very well could have been an allright shot is bursting with colors and details that you didn't even see through the viewfinder. The made in the USA shot as well as that vibrant saturated crystal plant picture also wowed me. Good stuff!

Reflection shots are always pretty neat. I especially like how this one shows the sky and garden - zoomed in enough it's hard to tell that the subject is a ball.

Diana,

That is a neat shot and cool perspective. It also has a magical quality to. At first I thought it was a bubble, like the ones kids make, and wonder how did she do that, then I read your post.
